Houston quarterbacks reported to training camp on Sunday, and Watson was one of them, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported. The star QB was on hand to test to enter the camp, although his stance on the organization and desire to be traded remains unchanged, Rapoport added.

Watson faces mandatory fines of $50,000 for every day of camp missed, NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reported. The fifth-year veteran is still under both NFL and police investigations after being charged in 22 separate lawsuits filed in March and April of sexual assault and misconduct during massage sessions. Pelissero added that the league has not placed Watson on the commissioner’s exempt list because it has not been concluded that a serious violation has occurred.

With no criminal charges looming, it’s now up to Watson and the Texans to figure out how to proceed, NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo reported. The club has not publicly commented on Watson’s status since April, when new general manager Nick Caserio would. “respect the legal process.” Watson’s final public comments came in March, when he denied any wrongdoing after the first lawsuits.

Houston starts training on Wednesday.
